Water leaks and conservation
The Borough’s water storage levels have been steadily dropping since last week and are currently at a level that require residents to immediately conserve water to stabilize the system while Borough Staff activity investigate the situation. It is likely the cold weather has had an impact on the system, resulting in one or more leaks. A future Mandatory Water Restriction may be required based on the results of the leak detection investigation today.
