FACADE GRANT PROGRAM NOW OPEN! You are encouraged to apply for a small grant to help give our downtowns a facelift. PCEDA has grant funding to offer financial assistance to business owners and commercial property owners in the nine Perry County boroughs to improve the look of their building façade.
