UTILITY SHUT-OFFS TO RESUME
Thank you to those customers who have continued to make timely utility payments. Though not required, the Borough has kept in line with the Public Utility Commission procedures regarding utility shut-offs during the COVID-19 crisis. Since April, we have kept our delinquent customers updated monthly with current account balances. On Tuesday, September 15th, Borough Council voted unanimously to reinstate penalties (Oct 6) and shut-offs (mid-October) for accounts with past due balances.
